  • District of Columbia - Superior Court and Court of Appeals, and as well as the US District Court and Bankruptcy Court

  • Maryland - all State Courts and Administrative Courts, such as the Maryland Tax Court

  • New York - all State Courts

  • United States Supreme Court

​My practice is open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM. Sometimes even later by appointment.​
