Insurance Subrogation
Subrogation in its most common usage refers to circumstances in which an insurance company tries to recoup expenses for a claim it paid out when another party should have been responsible for paying at least a portion of that claim.
Whether the claim involves medical payments, building or structural damage, or automobile accidents, I diligently pursue reimbursement for our clients' financial loss and pursue their subrogation rights.
I have experience in pursuing successful subrogation cases in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC jurisdictions. I will provide my personal attention to each of the cases referred to me. I understand that your primary goal in referring the case to outside counsel is to maximize the funds recovered on your behalf.
Each case referred was forwarded to an attorney due to the failure or refusal of the culpable party, or their representative, to comply with your company's demand for payment. Weather the reason for non-compliance was opposing counsels belief that their client was not liable, the financial inability of the culpable party to pay, or just inattention to your demand for payment, I am fully prepared to present your claim both prior and after filing suit or, post judgement collection if required, you will find my experience in debt collection law indispensable.
