Attorney Profile - Roy Tesler
A member of the bars of Virginia , the District of Columbia, Maryland and California, Roy Tesler has been in private practice since 1977.
Previously, he was a Trial Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, also having served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia, the Middle District of Florida and the District of South Dakota.
A graduate of Georgetown Law School and Antioch College, he practices in several areas of civil and criminal law, in recent years concentrating on employment law, criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts and domestic relations cases. After four years on active duty, he attained the rank of Commander in the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Naval Reserve.A member of several professional organizations, he has chaired Committees of both the Fairfax and Arlington County Bar Associations.
